       Jiangsu Seemor Temperature Control System Co. LTD. is a technology enterprise dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of temperature control systems in the fields of new energy storage, charging piles, wind power, and photovoltaics. 

 

Established in 2022, the Company boasts a team of over 100 specialized professionals across various disciplines. Our manufacturing center, situated in Suzhou, Jiangsu, spans 6,600 square meters, equipped with state-of-the-art precision production and inspection facilities, backed by complete credentials and a comprehensive management system.

Lean Manufacturing

Seemor Temperature Control boasts a modern intelligent production line, furnished with advanced manufacturing equipment, encompassing processes from sheet metal assembly, harness assembly, online monitoring, to packaging and warehousing out. We leverage technology to enhance production precision. 

 

Our fully integrated production lines meticulously gather assembly data, production data, and testing equipment information, ensuring process integrity and traceability, thereby safeguarding both production safety and product quality. 

Laboratory

Our company operates a 40HP comprehensive performance enthalpy difference laboratory, specifically designed for precision air conditioning units in data centers. It comprises a warehouse system, environmental condition control system, enthalpy difference testing system, water-side capacity testing system, electrical control system, and testing software. 

 

The testing methods employed include the air enthalpy difference method and water flow rate method. By measuring the dry and wet bulb temperatures at the inlet and outlet of the air conditioner's indoor side, the enthalpy difference is determined. Subsequently, the cooling capacity/heating capacity is calculated based on the measured air circulation volume. Alternatively, the cooling and heating capacities can also be computed by assessing the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the refrigerant (water) and the flow rate of the refrigerant (water).
